Your Modalist purchases are subject to the return policy of the Retail Partner from which you made your purchase. To view the retailer's return policy, you can visit the customer care section of the retailer's website. Please note that no Modalist cash back is earned from a cancelled or returned order even if that order had been flagged as "Pending" under your My Accounts.
As with returns (see previous question), exchanges or modifications usually cancel cash back awards. In the process of an exchange, the Retail Partner may cancel the old order and replace it with a new one. When the new order is created by the Retailer, it usually fails to capture the referral from Modalist so no cash back is earned.
To avoid losing your cash back on an exchange or modification, we recommend returning or cancelling the original order and making the new purchase at Modalist.
