Shipping Charges
Shipping is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap, and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
FREE Standard Day Shipping
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CT). Certain items requiring special delivery, oversized items, select merchandise, and some vendor-specific items, have additional shipping charges. See below for International shipping details.
Second Business Day Shipping
If second business day shipping is requested, a $15.00 shipping charge will apply. Your order should arrive in approximately 2-3 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CT). Please note two-day orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CT) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for some zip codes.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 10-14 days for processing of your return.

Last Call wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may contact our Customer Care Contact Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1.972.556.6044, or via chat online, or email. Customer care will provide you with a required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
International orders returned directly to a Last Call store or sent to Lastcall.com without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), will receive a refund for the merchandise only. Duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded.
If you chose to pay duties and taxes at time of delivery (COD), you will not be credited for the duties, taxes or tariffs.
Please allow up to six (6) weeks for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
